Zuni Petit Point Turquoise Cuff - Sterling Silver

Petit point jewelry was a unique form of turquoise jewelry created by the Zuni Indians between 1920-1930’s. A Petit Point stone is a tiny round, oval, rectangle, pear or square shaped stone hand cut by a Zuni Indian lapidarist. Zuni have been known for making silver and turquoise jewelry, baskets, bead work, animal fetishes, and pottery since the early 19th century.

Turquoise Petit Point design in sterling silver, created by the artist MB Sterling, weighs 16.7 grams. Fits smaller wrist at 7 inches – but is adjustable due to the one-inch opening.
